Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all SEO, Digital Marketing and Web Designing & Development projects that are undertaken by PR Infosolutions.

A copy of these Terms and Conditions along with project quotations is submitted and must be agreed before the work commences. Alternatively, payment of an advance fee or online payment is an acceptance of our terms and conditions. They are available on our website and you may check any time.

Charges for services to be provided by PR InfoSolutions are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives via e-mail.

We require an advance payment of 50% of the total project quotation amount before the work starts. The remaining balance of the project quotation amount, should be paid upon completion of the work and in prior to uploading to the server or release of materials. Charges of our services do not cover the release of source Photoshop or Flash files; if the Client requires these items then a separate quotation can be prepared. In case of SEO, SMM and Digital Marketing services, the payment should be done on a monthly basis.

Payment can be made through online transfer or by issuing cheques on the name of PR INFOSOLUTIONS.

Client Review
PR InfoSolutions will provide the Client with an opportunity to review SEO work progress or the appearance and content of the Website(in case of web designing work) during the design and once they are completed. At the completion of the project, such materials will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies PR InfoSolutions within ten (10) days of the date, the materials are made available to the Client.

Project Schedule and Content Control
In the majority of projects, PR InfoSolutions will install and publicly post or supply the Client's Web site by the date specified in the project proposal. In case the date is not mentioned, the timescale shall be within four weeks from the date initial payment is received, unless a delay is specifically requested by the Client and agreed by PR InfoSolutions. In some cases an alternate timescale can be agreed during the initial project discussion, based on the criticality of the project.

In return, the Client agrees to delegate a single individual as 'first-point-of-call' to aid PR InfoSolutions with completing the project in a satisfactory and expedient manner.

During the project, PR InfoSolutions will require the Client to provide copy and images. If content is not provided within 4 weeks of an official request by email then PR InfoSolutions reserves the right to advise the Client for that information and also it may lead to a revision to the final payment fee based on new or revised pricing schedules. If content is not provided within 8 weeks from the original email request then the Client is considered to be in default of the project, the project may get terminated and the Client is sent for the final invoice for immediate payment. PR InfoSolutions will agree, at its discretion, to recommence the project after agreement is reached on a new quotation document and once the original fees have been paid.

Invoices will be provided by PR InfoSolutions upon completion of the work for Web Development and Design and any associated services. Invoices are normally sent via email. The due date for every invoice is thirty (30) days, after which a reminder will be sent to the Client. If the invoice amount is not been settled within sixty (60) days of receipt, then PR Infosolutions will consider the account to be in default.

If the Client in default has any information or files on PR InfoSolutions’ Web space, PR InfoSolutions can, at its discretion, remove all such material from its web space. PR InfoSolutions is not responsible for any loss of data incurred due to the removal of the service. Cheques returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed and the Client's account shall be considered to be in default until full payment is received.

Clients with accounts in default agree to pay PR InfoSolutions reasonable expenses, including legal fees and costs for collection by third- party agencies, incurred by PR InfoSolutions in enforcing these Terms and Conditions.

Termination of the services by the Client must be requested in writing and will be effective on receipt of such notice. E-mail notice is also accepted. The Client will be invoiced for the design or SEO work, completed till the date of receiving the notice.

The Client retains the copyright to data, files and a graphic logo provided by the Client, and grants PR InfoSolutions the rights to publish and use such material. The Client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party. The Client is further responsible for granting PR InfoSolutions permission and rights for use of the same. A contract for the SEO work or Web site design and/or placement shall be regarded as a guarantee by the Client to PR InfoSolutions that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested.

Access Requirements
If the Client's Web site is to be installed on a third-party server, PR InfoSolutions must be granted temporary read/write access to the Client's storage directories, and those directories must be accessible via FTP.

Post Project Alterations
PR InfoSolutions cannot accept responsibility for any alterations caused by the Client or a third party occurring to the Client's pages once installed. Such alterations include, but are not limited to additions, modifications or deletions. PR InfoSolutions may require a one-off Web Development charge before resolving any issues that may arise.

Domain Names
PR Infosolutions may purchase domain names on behalf of the Client, in which case they will then be renewed on an annual basis and the Client will be invoiced by PR InfoSolutions.
